| Supply of polyethylene double layer corrugated pipes, produced for continuous co-extrusion of both layers extruded by UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and system of environmental management conforming to the norm UNI EN ISO 14001:2015. Pipes are of red colour externally and black colour internally, supplied in of 25 or 50 meter coils, comprehensive with jointing coupler and a galvanized wire to pull the cables. They must correspond to CEI EN 61386-1/-24 standard and have IMQ mark and CE marking with product classification series N and have stiffness resistance higher than 450 N. - GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS - CONSTRUCTION: Double layer pipe, external corrugated of red colour and smooth internally of black colour. APPLICATION: Electrical cable protection (low and medium tension) and telephone cables. STIFFNESS RESISTANCE: CEI EN 61386-1/-24 with deformation level of internal diameter equal to 5% IMQ – CE marking. STRUCTURE: stable to UV rays with one-year guarantee for date of production shown on the pipe. BENDING RADIUS: 15 times the external diameter. LIMITS OF APPLICATION: -50 °C / +60 °C LENGTHS: in 50 meter coils (ø 200mm coils of 25 meters) ACCESSORIES: Jointing coupler + pulling |
